Tri-National, Inc. takes on the 2025 Women in Trucking: Accelerate Conference!

In November, TNi’s Marketing Team traveled to Dallas, TX for the Annual Women in Trucking Conference. Each year the conference is held at the Hilton Anatole. This year’s conference brought together transportation leaders and professionals dedicated to promoting the advancement of women in the industry.

 

Team TNi was honored with a prestigious award “2025 Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation” during the opening ceremony Sunday evening. This award goes to companies that are exceptional workplaces for women in all roles of the transportation industry. These companies are supportive of workplace inclusion, accommodate family & life balance, offer competitive compensation, benefits, and more. Tri-National has been named a top company for women in transportation for over seven years running. We look forward to many more great years to come as the ladies at TNi are leading the way to success! 

At WIT Accelerate 2025, TNi representatives immersed themselves in the diverse range of seminars and workshops offered. One particularly informative session was “Navigating the Future of Logistics: AI and Automation’s Impact on the Workforce.” which provided invaluable insights into how artificial intelligence and automation are reshaping the transportation industry, emphasizing the need for continuous learning for all professionals. Attendees gained a clearer understanding of new technologies and how transport companies can strategically integrate them to enhance efficiency and mold new opportunities.

Another influential seminar we attended was “Empowering Leadership: Strategies for Women in Management." This session focused on practical tools and techniques for effective leadership, mentorship, and fostering inclusive work environments. It is important for industry leaders to brush up on leadership skills and explore new strategies to overcome conflict, especially in the male dominated trucking space.

 

The Accelerate conference wasn’t just about listening and learning. There were fantastic opportunities for networking and connecting with like-minded individuals and companies throughout the conference. From lively round-tables at lunch, Luau & Tiki Dinner Party, to networking scavenger hunts around the booths. There was a way to meet fellow transportation leaders each and every day!
