National Truck Driver Appreciation Week

Professional truck drivers keep the economy moving, food on the table and the future moving forward. Their hard work and sacrifice provides livelihood for more than 347.7 million Americans. 

September 14^th through the 20^th is the American Trucking Association’s National Driver Appreciation Week where automotive and logistics carriers across the nation celebrate professional truck drivers via lunches, giveaways, and other festivities. This year Tri-National, Inc. joined the efforts as a Top 100 Trucker in the nation. 

Providing exceptional door-to-door service across the Midwest and southeast corridor is something we are proud of, and it’s all possible thanks to our amazing team of TNi drivers who excel in holding on-time records and providing safety, service, and satisfaction with every delivery.

TNI’s Celebratory Efforts

Kicking off the party, TNi started the week by handing out commemorative Driver Appreciation Week t-shirts to each TNI employee and driver, along with this year’s high quality ‘thank you’ gift of a TNi branded tumbler. Each terminal received additional promo items, such as TNI merchandise, electrolyte packets, and an assortment of travel goodies, to giveaway to drivers stopping in throughout the week. 

TNi’s headquarters launched prize raffles every morning via our Qualcomm systems to gift valuable items to randomly selected TNi drivers. These prize raffles included personal name-brand electronics, new tires for passenger vehicles, travel wear and gear, exclusive TNi merchandise, and more. 

We encourage any drivers/employees who did not get to receive a complimentary DAW gift or raffle prize to contact your terminal manager.

Keeping smiles wide and bellies full 

Nothing brings people together quite like a kitchen table, so our team came together to cook and cater daily lunches. Enjoying an assortment of options, from fajitas to hamburgers, allowed our team to make sure bellies were full and smiles were wide. We’d like to take a moment to shout-out the Tri-National employees who dedicated time to cook, but also for traveling across locations to participate and chat with our drivers during these festivities! #TeamTNi went above and beyond to make sure every driver was properly taken care of.
