For the 9th time, TNi has been named a WIT Top Company!
Weare thrilled to announce that Tri-National (TNi) has once again been recognized as a Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking. Published annually by the Women in Trucking Association (WIT) through its official magazine, Redefining the Road, this list recognizes companies that support and empower women across the transportation industry.
Reaching an audience of approximately 20,000 readers, Redefining the Road highlights the interests, opportunities, and challenges shaping the transportation industry, including those affecting women in trucking.
This recognition marks Tri-National’s 9th consecutive year as a Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking!
Each year, Women In Trucking looks for companies that value women’s skills, foster an inclusive company atmosphere, while still offering growth opportunities and proper benefits for their female employees.
Companies are vetted by the Women in Trucking Association as part of the nomination process. Once nominations are complete, members of the transportation industry are able to vote for their favorites. Last year’s votes surpassed 21,000 entries! Established in 2018, the initiative aims to encourage employment, advancement, and empowerment of women throughout the industry.
Why TNi stands out?
Supporting women in the transportation industry is a priority near and dear to our hearts. Tri-National employees who identify as female make up more than 35% of our employee workforce. Many of these women also hold director-level positions, playing an important role in our company’s continued growth and success. From our drivers, to our mechanics, to our office employees, the ladies of TNi impress us every day.
With their assistance, TNi is able to maintain our status as a premier transportation provider and cross-border expert, moving freight from Mexico through the Texas border and throughout the Southeast and Midwest Corridor of the United States.
TNi will be attending the upcoming Accelerate Women in Trucking Conference in Dallas, TX, October 25-28th, where we will be accepting this award officially on stage!
Thank you to the Women in Trucking Organization for its continued support, to the industry professionals who voted for TNi, and most importantly, to our incredible team members who make this achievement possible.
Together, we celebrate and empower women in the office and on the road. TNi Women lead us to a successful future!
