Tri-National Leaves Their Mark at the ALSC Global 25th Anniversary Conference

Tri-National, Inc. joined supply chain and automotive logistics leaders from around the globe at the St. John’s Resort on September 23-25th in Detroit, MI for the annual Automotive Logistics & Supply Chain Global Conference. Shining as a Gold Sponsor and expert on cross-border transportation strategies, Tri-National, Inc. sent four representatives to join in conversations happening in the industry.
This year, Automotive Logistics celebrated ALSC Global’s 25th anniversary; Held annually, the conference serves as an opportunity for supply chain leaders and strategists from around the world to focus on leveraging partnerships and digitization efforts to better anticipate enterprise decisions while re-designing supply chains. Over 800 automotive leaders attended the a three day event experience. Industry employees of all levels, even students, forged new friendships and connections over the tradeshow floor, networking events, and the annual golf tournament.
TNi’s Director of North America Business Development, Mary-Helen Montalvo, shared expertise along with about 50 other automotive and logistics experts on some of the hottest topics being talked about in transportation. Mary-Helen focused on the OEM-3PL partnerships during the “Building resilient networks across borders” panel, putting strong emphasis on the need for transparency: “Collaboration counts.”
Mary Helen highlighted balanced risk and capacity in Logistics efforts. TNi’s premiere cross-border and nearshoring services of nearly 40 years allows us to give credible insight as a Top 100 Trucker and transportation leader in America.

Another panelist speaker provided: “Resilience isn’t about building walls but rather designing flows to bend without breaking,” Dr. Ulrich Wieland of BMW.

It’s just become a stronger requirement,” said Ludwig. “Strong encouragement regarding planning, investing and consideration at the forefront of any transportation services allows for a clear and seamless operation.”
